White bones can't jump. A fact of nature that Hakk'on had just seen defied twice as the Thro'Ras for the Khemri team lept from the turf to deftly catch two of Bill's perfectly thrown banana balls. Hakk'on knew it wasn't his fault but Spittle was having none of it, her apoleptic rage only fueled by the fact that she was the intended receiver of both intercepted passes and both times had a clear run to the TD line. Plus she just loved balls. She had both of Hakk'on's on her mantlepiece but god knows she wanted more. And seeing as how her touchdown had earnt the respect of the rest of the battered squad it seemed she was here to stay. Hakk'on almost teared up when he saw Spittle testing a new move on Redshirt who had only a few minutes earlier been revived by the goblin chiurgeon who performed an emergency body-ectomy on the pitch to keep him in the game. At least the fans hadn't abandoned him yet, Hakk'on thought as they started thoughtfully throwing fruit on the pitch to his hungry squad.

Humans can be so thoughtful some times.
