That's not to say I had all the luck - a number of my turns were ended due to lack of block, but I can't complain about the luck i did have - the important blocks worked, and my positioning - somewhat high risk at times - paid off.

I'm glad the luck score turned about anyway - for the first few turns it looked like one of those "playing a team with no rr but heck they don't need any anyway" sort of games. First half I was up by 3-0, 2nd half I struggled to get the ball against decent positioned chaos, and needed the odd 1db (with block vs non block) to clear a space.

I didn't break armour until late in the 2nd half - the first from pushing a beastman out, the second from a block/pow failed block by a beastman on my lino. Chaos were blocking with cushions on their hands too, seemingly, inflicting a KO and a few stuns, that's about it.

A long shot chance to score a 5th never came off - would have needed picking the ball up in an Ogres' tz, and a pass, catch and 2 gfi. As it was my 2db to set it all off ended in failure - the game didn't warrant 5-0 anyway.

Rerolls, or lack thereof, essentially decided the outcome, lack of block on the Chaos hurt perhaps as much as having no rr did, but everyone knows how good Chaos are once they start getting claws etc..
