“It seems that Wood Elves like rain but not sun, and Dark Elves vice versa.
The first half was played in a pouring rain, with the Flyers clearly dominating the pitch. It seemed the dark elves simply could not cope with a slippery ball. We went into the half with a nice 2-0 lead.
During the break the rain had dissipated and the sun was shining as the dark elves kicked off for the second half. Now it seems, the wood elves could not cope with everything being dry and fumbled and stumbled around the field. The Flyers eventually managed to stave off a second return touchdown and won, but their heart wasn't in it.
