#10 Rodger Ramjet – Broken Neck (-AG)
“This was the game that the Woodies finally showed their mettle. Going up against the red hot Northern Blight who were previously undefeated, most pundits wrote the elves off. Pre game murmurs that the woodies head coach had been offered a job coaching an up and coming ogre team did little to increase moral.
Kicking off first the main aim was survival. However the ploy of keeping patrician up past his bed time was paying dividends. A few miscalculations and some of nuffles finest work saw Rodger Ramjet scoring on the last play of the half. A 1-0 half time lead, recieving the kick off anf a full complement of players gave the woodies hope of an upset. Things looked to be going smothly on offence until Hangers Size 32 colapsed in the end zone on his last GFI. A bitter fight ensured but the woodies managed to hold the Blight out.

#3 Nikoliev 'Shloss!' Sazzeyev: He was the heart and soul of the Blights hitting force and was a constant menace to the woodies front line
#2 Rastoven 'Demi God' Tarruff: Nikoliev's partner in crime also had a fine game
#1 Hammerglof: This guy played with a concusion all match but rarely let his coach down.
After 3 tough games the woodies are hoping this win puts their season back on track. Cheers for the game Pat.
