“Right from the beginning the the arena was more like a swimming pool then a stadium. The pouring rain wouldn't stop for the whole game.
1st Half
The Boyz finally managed to pick up the ball in 5th turn, through sheer luck and no skill at all. Sad part was the turnover their thrower produced again.
At least we were able to push back the line of scrimmage steadily, 2 of the enemy players actually weren't tough enough for that pace and spent the rest of the game in the dugout.
Touchdown finally in the 6th turn, after the Boyz blitzers broke the enemies defense. The fans were cheering!
7th turn of Ruttet Kött their star mummy blatantly failed on an orc blocker, ending their turn and their chances on a TD. Quite to liking of the home fans. The Boyz managed to hold back Ruttet Kött for the last turn, preventing the score.
2nd Half
Already in the second turn Ruttet Kött amazingly managed to pick up the ball in the pouring rain, but the Boyz knocked over the ballcarrier right away. But just to see them picking up the ball immediatly again. Even though the Boyz struggled hard, Ruttet Kött scored in turn 4. Nothing to do about that.
After a short timeout in the reservebox, the Boyz came out with new inspiration - ready to kick some ass. The offense was working not overly too good, but it was enough to push back the defense lines. In turn 6 though the quarterback of the Boyz, Jerrim "Alwayzhit" Kandinski failed to throw the ball, gasping as the ball touched ground about 2 meters in front of him. Ruttet Kött took the opportunity and started an unbelievable rumble, knocking over half of the Boyz offense, managed to grab the ball in all that chaos and rushed away far outside the distance of any of the Boyz blitzers - which were still stunned by the cunning and agility of Ruttet Kött. Even though everyone could clearly hear the Boyz coach swearing in the dugout, calling them names, cheaters and blaming it on pure luck.
The enemy ball carrier was safe and made the winning touchdown for Ruttet Kött in the last minute of the game.
Overall it was a real good game, sadly the brilliant tactics of headcoach Decker wasn't enough to beat Ruttet Kött which were obviously blessed by Grizzt's fortune.
Don't miss the rematch, which will be marvelous for sure.”
