“A nasty game - on the one hand the humans threw successful (or at least rarely failing) 1 dice and even -2 dice blocks all game, whereas a lot of mine failed - lack of block skill coming from a 4 game team vs a 20 game team I guess.
To counter that, the Warriers simply folded like paper where their armour was concerned. So much so (with injuries and KOs) that only amazing elf like dodging and successful 1 die blocks stopped the progress of my orcs vs far fewer players.
When injuries are piled against you, you have to try anything you can and the warriors slowed me down enough to prevent any more scoring - with only 6 players on the pitch at the end that's not bad going vs 11 players. The ogre is a key player I think - with 6 Str I simply couldn't do anything against him unless he bone headed. With block he will be lethal, with pro he will be awesome.
Been in those near hopeless positions myself (most recently with my Dwarves that crumpled like wet cardboard and left me with 3 guys on the pitch, all face down). In that game I gave up - Onemunki never did, so yeah, it was a defeat, but respect to you for not giving up, even to the end.

Cheers!
See you in a few games for the rematch!”
