3rd turn I pulled half of a WU play with a bunch of dodges and a LB to try recover, didnt catch it tho, and the ZON's collected it.
The game never went anywhere for me.
I had one chance where I looked like I might score... but a 1 die Blitz and a scatter to him to catch saw that I wouldn't.
Ah well, thats starting Khaos tho.

Seriously, Korhil had a tough match coming into this (rookie Beastmen vs front-loaded Zons is never pretty) and rolled crap luck all game. Don't believe the 51%. That's only after the reload. I believe it was 71% - 14% at one point just before half-time.
Every kick off result was either neutral or in my favor and he was throwing skulls and skull/pows with alarming frequency. He didn't get too many knockdowns, but nothing worse than a stun and only a handful of those. AV 7 was just enough today, I guess.
I, on the other hand, managed to take out 3 beastmen quickly (one KO'd that was out until the last drive, I think) and with both skills and numbers on my side, it was a pretty lopsided match. Dodging, passing, and catching went smoother than elves, for the most part. It was just not a good day to be from NZ, I guess.
I actually wish that the injuries had just been BH, as I really want him up to full strength to beat on the other opponents in the tourney. Alas, I think I'll have to beat them down myself. :P
