“When the Circus arrived in town the local were excited the first test for their new team. How would they cope both teams lined up exactly the same only the coaches and the whims of nuffle would decide this one. Kaela won the toss and chose to receive to get a morale boasting score on the board. Taldeer picked up the ball skipped through a two challeges from Cole offloaded it to Anaris who shrugged off tackles from Gerrard and King to score in th corner. As the Circus lined up on the LOS one of Kaela fans chucked a rock hitting Bridge square in the head he spun round looked a little shaken and collapsed stunned on the floor. A cheer went up from the crowd nothing like a bit joining in. The Circus made a solid start to the drive with terry picking up the ball. The battle on the LOS got serious with Fuegan KO by beckham and Asuryan seriously injured by King in lengthy drive the Circus scored in the dying seconds of the half.
The second half started with excitement from the circus fans knowing that score now would take them in to the lead. Again the Circus destroyed Kaela's LOS stunning Taldeer and Altansor needed to carried from the field from up here it appeared to be a knee problem. In a quick fire score bridge passed to Gerrard who ran downfield protected in the pocket to score. The Circus managed to hold off the Kaela offence for the next 6 turns to hold on for the victory. The Circus fans celebrated deep into night as they followed the caravan off to the next contest ”
