#11 Xegud II – Dead (RIP) #16 Black Diamond – Dead (RIP)
“What a game!
It was supposed to be a walk over for the Diamonds, but first turn indicated otherwise when Ebola - the beast of Nurgle - killed Black Diamond, the apothecary so shaken he failed to save him. The rest of the team continued the struggle but had very huge problems with handling the ball. After several falied attempts at catching and picking it up Nuffle send the ball into the arms of a beastman who managed to score to the result of first half : 0 - 1.
Second half saw the Diamonds more collected, playing good defence and stealing the ball. but still having some problems handling it. They did manage to score an equalizing TD and send the game into overtime. By now 2 of the Environmental Hazards had died on the pitch.
The overtime had the Hazards recieving and the Diamond pushing for an attempt at the ball carrier, but a bit of lack of concentration and some very bad luck left the Hazards free to stall a bit before scoring. Just to make the point the Diamonds fumbled the ball a few times before the game was finally ended by the ref (who by the way had been beaten up three times by the crowd!).
What a nightmare for the Red Diamonds! But a huge congratulation to Hogglas for a very tense match! Good luck in the coming games... until we face each other again, where the Diamonds will do their best to kill, maim and destroy.... and if the chance shows itself might even score a TD....”
