Two early casualties (Smeg and Strom) put us two Rats down very early on!
However, some brilliant defense and footwork from the Rats saw us go in early for a TD.
The first half also saw our second TD scored, going 2-0 up going into the second half....
All that was left to do was basically keep the ball active long enough to ensure that were Dark Vices to score, we could still have a chance of scoring the game-sealing TD.
Some crazy dice rolls in this game (against Buckskin) saw him roll a lot of Double pushes, or Skull/Blocks with the Ogre..meaning we were able to keep the ball active long enough...
Teeth was one square away from the TZ for three turns...some unlucky dice rolls on Buckskins part meant I was able to reach him and prevent the TD.
A great victory to the Rats, I commend them on their efforts!!
I'm sure Buckskin will probably want a rematch someday, and I hope it is with these two teams again!”
