#3 Mack the Knife – Dead (RIP) #5 Bilbo Bigerat – Dead (RIP)
“A sporting game (in the grouse shooting sense of the word). My first foray into stunty Bloodbowl and I'll be back for more.
A tremendous charge up the centre was halted just short of the line thanks to the outrages courage of the daredevils grounding my Minotaurs, when a touchdown looked certain.
Some clever use of illegal weapons and flinging players across the field netted the games only score.
A well fought game with some outrageous fortune on both sides.”
“Crazy game. Started with me not being able to buy a pow for love nor money, the Chaos Flings beating the crap outta me so I'd be getting off the floor each turn, and the Mino picking the ball up in multiple TZ when bouncing (7+). Luckily Dauntless is a Gnomes' best friend, as is the ref (in the 1st half anyway, though he turned a blind eye to every foul in the game anyway).
Soon though the luck equalized some, and the field was stained red with splattered fling, the Badly hurt box filled up, and a chainsaw was neatly inserted up a flings' rectum. Being a suppository of the very worst kind, it was no surprise when the Apo (already used) declared that he couldn't find enough pieces of Mack the Knife to reassemble him, except in minature, which isn't good for a halfling.
Throw team mate tried twice, came off once to score, good enough for me. Gnomes may be the best race for 1 turn touchdowns with enough rerolls - 3 ag on throw and landing, heck, all they need is +Ag somewhere in the equation and... well, we'll see.
Thanks for the game Tad - messy, nasty (for you with 2 deaths) and the improbable touchdown probably hurt some.
For me, 11th win on the trot in all games, though last two were by skin of teeth.
My luck - what there is of it, is running out...”
