thanks fourtunateley this teams Ogres do seem to pass there rolls most of the time I did have about 12 bh rolls quite low with the number of ogres on the feild all the time (should average at least 1 per turn) 4 of those were saved by pro and the others were on inconsiquential and gratuitous actions.
probably would have been a better chance of scoring in turn 16 if i had just dodged but I thought the odds about the same and a gobbo falling is alot scarier than an ogre falling.
You had a sound and tactical game plan throughout the first half and i would have to agree that the dice were against you my pro skill kicked in more than it ever should have, the chain ball pushes all worked out in my favor, getting a pow on a goblin happened verry rareley, and allthough i failed a few dodges they were on gratuitous dodges that weren't realy necasary to begin with
I hope things work better with your Khimeri in the future may all your dice roll 6 and may all your blocks be Pow”
“This game was a pile of steaming one sided bullshit, as regards the dice. According to the luck score, I was luckier, but when bone head isn't really an issue throughout the game, every block pretty much succeeds, and every.... blah blah blah...
You get the idea. It was painful to sit through. Eventually I got to the stage where I would just try any old crap (long bomb with 2ag skelly etc) cause everything else failed, save for a few KOs I scored sometime in the 2nd half. My passer had long been dead and cold by that point (pow on block, down, dead, regen failed) so chances were diddly squat that I could do anything but worth a try anyway I suppose.
Should have been 2-0 but a rare failure on a go for it to blitz (bone head wasn't an issue) ended turn 16 and the match.
I considered fouling in turn 16 in response to a stall but nexusvalhees had been a fair opponent, simply riding the game long wave of outrageous fortune (Ogre needing 6 to pick up bouncing ball, getting it, etc, both down, my player injured, his gobbo not even stunned, etc etc) that it would have been unsportsmanlike, so I shut up and ended turn. I may not like getting beaten, I may hate getting diceraped, but I'm not a poor loser when it comes to T16 fouling when the opponent never fouled all game, and game already over. That's for idiots.
Good luck with the Ogres Nexus. On this showing you will never need more than 1, maybe two at most, rerolls with this team.”
