NW's only niggler missed the match, so things evened out. I scored in the first half, and suceeded in preventing my opponent from scoring back.
The second half was a furious fight for the ball in the first five turns, but in the end the little round thing scattered to the crowd and we couldn't stop the elves: they picked it up and scored. After that, I tried the ultimate elven trick: pass-handoff in the rain... and I was lucky enough to succeed!
