“What a strange game. As anyone knows, dwarves are made to kill gobbos. My team knows that too, and I had some bad luck today. Trolls failed blocks, gobbos failed everything, and Bomber did nothing.
First half was pretty boring. Dwarves got the ball, and started to mayhem my team. In the end there was few brave gobbos and 1 Troll left.
In the 2nd half I got 7 players left, and only one of them was Troll. Luckily the ref did a good job today, as he threw 3 dwarves out from the game during the first half. They should play by the rules, you know...
And as the dwarves tried to bash my team some more, a brave gobbo tried to sneak to the endzone at the other side of the field. He was noticed, and the dwarves rushed and blocked his way. Jogging is good for them, I think.
So he needed to run back to the other side, and it looked like those few brave gobbos were about to make their final stand in there. But somehow Nuffle smiled to me, and one gobbo managed to dodge through tackling dwarves and scored. Quite amazing td, as I didn't believe that I could score on that position anymore.
So dwarves had 3 turns to score. It was up to Nuffle, and I got a little smile again. At last turn, Dwarf Slayer needed to dodge in order to make a td. He failed, and died. That is a sad way to die for a Slayer.
So getting a tie against Dwarves feels like a victory for me, and I'm very pleased for this game. No permanent injuries, good winnings. I think my opponent is pleased as well as he got +ff and a lot of casualties. That death was unfortunate though.”
