The weather is bad enough that <a href="http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=player&player_id=271414">Krazy Ivan</a> is below decks with his neck stiff from the freezing snow.
We never see the elven ship as it glides alongside and attacks us. In classic hit-and-run tactics the elf ship moves in and does damage and then retreats back into the raging storm.
On one such pass <a href="http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=player&player_id=266931">Thomas Fern</a> is seriously injured as the elves attack. He will be laid up until after the next raid.
It was as if the elves had inside information as too our capabilities because next they targeted <a href="http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=player&player_id=269317">Sneaky Pete Polhill</a>, badly hurting him, and effectively ending our chances at recovering ANY treasure from the elven ship.
When the skies finally cleared, our new <a href="http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=player&player_id=301023">Minotaur</a> proved to be ineffective and cost us dearly in trying to stop the elves.
