A pass for an early td didn't connect because the thrower was blinded by the sun. By now, the Dark Elves had already reduced them to 6 players. A Nuke touchdown seemed sure. But they had a hard time getting there because the Woodies did everything they could to stop them. Eventually a Nuke failed a going... Only 3 Woodies remaining on the field but it was enough: a Catcher recuperated and passed to the Wardancer. The Nukes failed to knock him over and in stead pushed him closer to his goal: 0-1!
The Nukes were able to equalise just in time: 1-1. Having more than twice as many players on the field helps...
Second half: The Wood Elf fans storm the field! 4 Dark Elves get some. 1 even gets KILLED. Apo saved him. The Nukes try to regroup. The 4 remaining Woodies get reduced to 3, then 2... unstoppable 2-1
Träd could field 5 for their next drive. It got bogged down. The Nukes had so many players available they got confused and played less than optimal leaving the Woodies with a chance to pass to their escaped catcher. Alas, a dodge failed and the Dark Elves cleaned up: 3-1
Last chance: clean through the middle. Nukes swamped them. Catcher still escaped and recieved a Long Bomb! 3-2 Quite spectacular what you can do with 4 Elves.”
