The Scientists engaging in a big brawl trying to get an advantage, while their ballcarrier stayed in the back field. They had some difficulty knocking the Elves over and the Elves did hit back hard! The ballcarrier was put under pressure and he had to pass forward. A lot of Undead were tied up so only a make-shift cage was put up around the new ballcarrier. The Witch Elf charged but failed to knock the guy over. The Elves surrounded him but but the Ghoul blitzed his way out and got away. The Nukes persued him but again, they failed to knock him over. Again he managed to blitz himself out and scored: 0-1.
The Scientists were enjoying their match at this point.
They set up confidently but when they saw the Witch Elves they realised their mistake of positioning Woehler too close to the edge of the field. And although their Defence was Perfect, Woehler still went out. The Elves did pay a price since the assisting Elf got pushed out as well. In the process Defcon One was KILLED but saved by the apo.
The ball was passed forward, a Ghoul Blocked the Pass but it still connected. The Undead were unable to knock the ballcarrier over. He blitzed out and scored: 1-1.
Still the Scientists were having fun. They set up for one more bash but Riots held up the game...
Second half it got NASTY: both teams Got the Ref!
The Nukes had no more apo but were not going to wait for their opponent to be nice to them so they proceeded to foul a Mummy while they had the chance: Casualty, Smashed hip. The Scientists just lost their enjoyment of the game... they swore Bloody Vengeance. I would prove to be very difficult 'cause now they were out-numbered and the Elves still were extremely slippery AND kept fouling. The Nukes passed forward. The Pass was again Blocked but connected and Stonerain scored 2-1.
The Scientists set up again. They had only 9 guys left against 11 Elves. And then the Nuke fans Invaded the Pitch! Mummy number 2 went of...
At this point the Scientists admitted they were rogered.
They had an impossibly hard time trying to block Elves to the ground. Their ballcarrier had nowhere to go but the Nukes again failed to knock him over. This time he didn't get away and fell over trying to dodge. The Witch Elf recuperated the ball and scored. 3-1
Last drive for the Scientists. Again they had great difficulty knocking over Elves. Their attack was blocked off and they ran out of time. It stayed 3-1.
The Nukes will certainly be looking nervously over their shoulder for a while...”
