Second match for the Bones was set up against a bunch of elves.

Rather dull match without many good plays on both parts... coach Everblight is definitely not happy with his dudes performance, this time.

First half the elves did simply drop back to gain time and organize themselves. Then they launched a double-side attack that was promptly frustrated by a countermove from the Bones.

We managed even to steal the ball from the elves, but failed to score.

The second half saw the Bones receiving and saw also a grievous foul from enemy player Illian Eagle Eye on skeleton lineman Tha. Fortunately for the bones the player regenerated and unfortunately for the elves the ref spotted the foul and banned the culprit.

That was as much luck the bones did get in the 2nd half. While our heavy hitters were busy holding in place the pesky elves (King Khem-Tut IX managed even to seriously injure one of them), the not-so-sure handed thro-ra didn't manage to pick up the blasted ball until turn 4.

To be fair, the Bones did actually threaten to score, but our ball carrier was stopped in his tracks by a desperate block from a lone elf.

Then, in the last round, coach Everblight did a grievous error signaling the end of his move without having moved at all (that is commonly known as 'misclick'). Luckily, the elves did not manage to score the last turn TD we would have deserved for being so lousy.

All in all, the Bones would not have deserved to win this one... so a draw is more than welcome.

Thanks to coach sfy and meet you soon again on the field!
