“The Nukes got lots of opportunities and second chances but failed to cash in on them. The Soldiers did some risky dodging and stretching and were outnumbered throughout the whole game but they always had the last word.
First Half: De Soldiers scored the first touchdown and also the second, but a loss of connection (no full replay because of it) sent em back into time where the leap for the touchdown failed the second time around. The Nukes got the ball but a final blitz to free the ballcarrier before scoring failed because the blitzer was the only Dark Elf without block standing on the pitch! Justice for the Soldiers after all. Should have dodged there...
Second Half: Second time they got it right. The Wood Elves didn't have enough men to stop them. 1-1
Next the Nukes blitzt the tiny Wood Elf thrower who failed his Dump Off. The Nukes stretched for the ball but immediately lost it again to the Soldiers who put it in the end zone: 2-1
Again the Nukes made a quick and solid point in their own drive: 2-2.
The last Wood Elf drive was a circus. They lost the ball twice and twice the Nukes failed to pick it up and twice the Soldiers could get it back again! They made 3-2 just in time.”
