“Things started badly (as usual) for me - my current run of crap dice showed no sign of abating, then the orcs armour started to crumble, and I took some hope.

At 1-1 I'd hoped to stall the game out but the orcs had an uncanny knack of dodging my guys couldn't match (else I'd have scored in first half) and the Orcs second td absolutely stank of fortune, but that's the way it goes (rr used, got a pb which was needed, dodge 4+ dodge 3+ gfi, pass to ez catch and score)

But tehse things happen, I was playing a +34 tr team, and Dwarves aren't known for much other than beating their way through defences, which for the first time in ages, a team of mine did (ok, it seems like ages - I had a break after getting mauled by the dice and seemed to be outcassed most games.)

Good luck in the rest of thr tourney Phil - you're a good coach, but it's a bitter pill to swallow indeed when I thought I'd secured my heavily outranked (all the Orcs nigglers turned up) Dwarves a draw.
