Given the rain I decided to let them receive and hoped for butterfingers. That was not to be but Torsoboy went into a Dwarf-slaying rage before he was KO'd himself. Unskilled lino he is he caused 2 casualties incl the apoth-sucking Serious injury!

Given the small numerical advantage the darkies could exploit this and in the end Darnik (AG5) scooped up the ball and passed it to Weedski (earning him a skill). One turn delaying the TD in order to make life miserable on the Dwarves.

Fast scoring dwarves in rain does not happen often and it did not .

The second half started rather poor with him sending a few elves KO and poor Wadehek SI.

When the Troll Slayer intercepted (in tz / in rain) I had an outnumbered team caught off guard.

With a few succeeded gfi's (never knew these existed!) the darkies surrounded the ballcarrier and knocked him over in the end.

A lucky scatter later Rijssiej showed he should have had 'pass' instead of 'mighty blow' and the accurate pass landed cleanly in the waiting hands of Eghost, our latest addition.

The Dwarves had 2 turns to score but I had an easy blitz on him or so I thought. all Cloggy had to do was dodge (no tackler around) so the inevitable snakes occurred.

No matter. Made the game actually more fun and 2-1 is more resembling what happend on the pitch even.
