Well a very hard match for my opponent who had lots of bad dice. The handicap was virus which was wasted and he rolled a few snake-eyes at very bad moments, eg when setting up his first score attempt which only needed a string of 2+s to pull off.
My players also had amazing hitting power today, causing many casualties without the need for Mighty Blow. My opponent also had a decent player taken out (badly hurt) by a rock on the first turn, and had another player Badly Hurt on a GFI.
At 3-1 up and two turns left, I was cocky and tried a 3+ 2+ score without a reroll for the turn. I failed the 3+ dodge, lost the ball and then copped a turn 16 niggling injury on a useful catcher heh.
Ah well, that's Bloodbowl!”
