“Slightly nervous about taking on a heavily armoured group of chaotic little fellas. The rookie norse stepped on the field looking not to be totally ripped to shreds before the end of the first half.
However, after recieving the kickoff the adrenaline kicked in and the Blitzers managed to open up a gap down the wing, which Rodnam exploited to his best to run in and score the Raiders first competative TD after the third play. This spurred the fans (who had also secretly been expecting their team to be ripped to shreds) into a frenzy and as soon as the ball was kicked they ran on to the pitch intent on causing damage to as many Thunderer's as possible. Taking several of their linemen down and even ending Ghaarth the Mean's career (and life) before it had begun.
From there on the Raiders maintained the lead helped by nerves setting in for Ghandars Thunderers players. Stopping them from being able to do anything successfully for almost the rest of the match.
During the second half however they did manage to remove Tasis from the field Badly Hurt (coaches say he'll be fine for the next game). Only to anger the fans, who decided to invade the field again after the second TD (scored by Rodnam's mirror image, Mandor). The only chance the Thunderer's really had came late in the second half when Goggrul the Hobgobblin broke free down the wing with the ball, only to trip up while sprinting for the line. ”
