#13 Zwieter – Broken Ribs (MNG)
#13 Zwieter – Smashed Knee (NI)
An exciting match in witch the Saurus seemed to have switched AV with the Norse.

Very early in the match, a Saurus was knocked over and Seriously Injured. He had to be saved by the precious Apo to keep the team able to withstand the never ending Norse blocks. The Norse KO'd the Kroxigor for a while in the first half and Seriously Injured another Saurus right before halftime. The Saurus were knocked stunned more often then they liked too. Luckily the Skink had a good day: they were the ones to make the spectacular plays and get that ball in the endzone while their big brothers were getting clobbered.
Because the Norse kept the initiative, the Lizards weren't able to do as much blocks as they would have liked to. It was hard for them to knock the Norse over and it seemed next to impossible to get through their armor from time to time. They did manage to Hurt Odin, the big Norse Blitzer, Badly fairly early in the game but the Norse were confident enough to Apo him.

First TD was for the Lizards. A skink managed to escape along the sideline past the Norse defence. 1-0
The Norse managed to break through the middle in their own drive. The Lizards surrounded them completely but they were knocked clear very efficiently, allowing the ballcarrier to escape: 1-1
The Lizards still had time for a touchdown: Sauruses cleared a flank, allowing a skink to run out of range. The Norse Ogre messed up. Inevitable 2-1.
Second half, the Norse lost the ball to a blitzing skink. I bounced into Saurus' hands! He didn't hold on to it long and the ball fell to the floor. A Skink tripped while trying to recuperate so the Norse were able to get it. They escaped the persuing Saurus and scored: 2-2
Last chance for the Lizards: again they tried to go along the sideline. But this time they failed to get the ball forward. The maneuver was slowed down and the Norse were able to get into a better position to stop the running Skink. He had no choice but to make a sharp right turn and run through a hole that was knocked in the Norse line, towards the other flank. Sadly he was blitzt to the ground by the Norse. The knocked over Kroxigor who had been staring at the flowers in the grass for 2 turns in a row now got up and stretched to clear the ball. A Skink could recuperate it. The knocked over Norse now tried an impossible dodge, away from the Prehensile Tail Croxigor, towards the Skink, and failed! Skink escaped: 3-2.
