“UI Light Qualifying Tournament Final.
That was a tight match against a very strong dark elf team.
We both hired a star (mine lasted just 1 turn, ehehe) and I had a wizard too.
We both made some mistakes and we both deserved to lose or to win at the end.
I had my chances, in particular I failed the key leap after my lightning bolt on the middle of 2nd half and probably that was the match...
Spectators told me it could be a 2+ roll with a blitz somewhere (even if I needed a dodge to place an assist and I needed to ground a witch elf near the ball), but I went straight for a 3+ pick up (with reroll)... too hard for my luck :D
That probably was the match turningpoint , even if the game was in doubt till the 6th turn.
Congrats to my opp that played a strong team in semifinal, when instead I had a concession in my semi (I think conceding in a major or in any tournament is not so fair for the future opponent in most cases).
