“Congrats must go to Heuschreckenmann for the win, for he played a sound tactical game. My cause was not helped after his first TD by a blitz being rolled on my possession, and then after he scored again, ANOTHER blitz being rolled. I managed to score on that one to make it 2-1 down at half time, but my luck was terrible.
My saurus was handed the ball after a touchback at the start of the second half, and in retrospect this was a mistake. When my ogre failed his bone head roll, the dwarves ran past him to swarm all over my offensive line. My kroxigor and ogre eventually couldn't handle the four dwarves (two of which used their guard skill very effectively), especially after the krox got pushed out on a two-die block in my favour when the opposition had no rerolls left. ”
“Thanks for congratulations, mOnty. In fact you were unlucky in the game, exspecially in the first half. Nevertheless the Cult managed to end the first half with just being one TD down (1:2) and receiving in the second half. I think the decision to cage in the second halve with the Saurus carrieing the ball was a mistake against 2 players with guard on my side and none on yours.
One could see that Dwarfes with Tackle are a problem for a team which is based on amazon lineman. The Kroxigor being pushed out of the pitch was the crucial point in the second half, and i admit it was risky. But the Grobmotoriker could just lose a Human Lineman without skills against the Cults Best Cage player.”
