“A daunting challenge as I looked across the pitch to see a team fielding 7 players with 4 ST and a Mino. They had their way with us at the start, nerves kicking in and inexperience with guys of such brawn allowed them to trap our Minotaur causing a quick turnover. We managed to bounce back somehow, some lucky even rolls and forcing them outside to the sidelines and into the crowd gave us a three man advantage. Which finally meant we could take a couple of strong blocks. With alot of luck and some timely blitzes we managed to get our hands on the ball and go in for a score in the final seconds of the first half.

The second half was more or less the same story, except we were on offense. Our goal, to keep the ball out of their hands, a harder task than any I had envisioned. We set up an opponent free zone and a loose cage, but that only lasted so long. Finally forced against the sidelines we had no way to stop them from getting at the ball carrier. However our opponents attempts to pick up the ball failed and allowed us to recover it. A desperate gamble to open up a hole for a player to sneak through allowed us to make a short pass to score a TD. With two turns left, we breathed a sigh of relief.

A pitch invasion on the ensuing kick off, forced over half of our players into the KO box, and stunning still others. Unable to stop them from scoring in the final seconds of the game.
