“Twas a fine game, ruined by a dodgy reload. I'll set the scene.......
1-1, ball just inside the norse half, turn 15. Virral moves his players to cover my catcher. Chin Chen are still a chance to win, but only a slim one.
Then, tragedy strikes, and Virral drops from the game. The reload is dodgy and he drops again. The second reload is again dodgy. He can't move the players, who are in their original, non-marking positions.
My blitzer dodges back, picks up the ball, and throws it, straight to the catcher. He rolls a 5 to catch it and runs in. Would he have rolled a 6 on the catch RR and made the dodges.......who knows?
So, commiserations go to Virral, who I owe a beer to.
EDIT: To encourage world peace, I have declared the game a draw, for the purposes of SWL. But now you owe me the beer Virral!”
