“This was a nail-biter. The 5th Rat regiment had a 1-turner, so we had to keep the back-field adequately covered. We started off receiving and scored early from a fine pass from Stefan Schon. Even though we defended well, the rats snuck through our defences scoring easily on the kick off.

So it remained until late in the 2nd half when tied 2-2, the Rat Ogre decided to roll a couple of double skulls and gave us the advantage to press their thrower into fumbling the ball. It went right down to the wire, with Pierre Labrioche picking up the ball for a TD and the win on the last play of the game.
