“His best player niggled out, slightly compensated by the fact that my star beastman (AG4/blackle/mb) whom won me many a game claimed 'it wasn't me'.
Furthermore he got bad press and buzzing.
Not too shabby but far from the worst either from my perspective.
I opted to receive as you do with bashy Chaos and started pummeling. In the end the pummeling was rather disappointing but hey hum; the ST4 beastman scored. He had 3 turns to get even but dice wer not helping too much and my team stried their best to be annoying either.
The 2nd half he DID squeeze in that TD and he even got mighty close to stopping my drive. Sure it meant a dodging BOB rolling a pow but still...
The other AG4 beast managed to scoop it up in the endzone though.
2-1 and once again the Brotherhood underperformed but won.
“White Hands overperformed by reaching the finals.
With 3 players lost in the semis, Isengard's starblitzer Bishop niggling out, Slayer's uberwarrior Reign in Blood (STR 5/Claw/RSC/Block/Guard/Niggle) not niggling out, 2 mediocre handicaps (3rd handicap Bad Press didn't affect a single dice roll) and a lost coin toss the game was decided before it even began.
Even though the losses weren't as severe es expected (just a single R.I.P.), Isengard didn't have the slightest chance against such a strong chaos-side (tons of STR+1, AG+1 and doubles), especially not after their DP got spotted with his first foul second half.
Grats to Jinxed who might very well coach the upcoming champions of this OCCS-season.”
