“One of those games which teaches you the fine art of Blood bowl humility. The Stingers led 2-0 and were looking ok (albeit the dead catcher) until we had an attack of the dreaded 1's. And we had lots of them in rapid succession. We failed to pick up the ball, we failed our blitz and we failed our dodge. Felt a little robbed at the draw, but it was a fun game anyway. First half saw some tense exciting mauling in the wide zones, not that elves should getting mixed up in that sort of thing. Somehow despite Carlton having the strength enhancements the Stingers came away with the ball and scored first. We did our usual 2 turn TD in the second half and then things went pear shaped with the dice. Sheesh! Well done Twahn.

Our star catcher Jaden SkyRaven niggled after ageing while becoming a Super-Star. Seems his days are now numbered. LOS material perhaps? I see its dangerous up there.

3pts - Yep, you guessed it. To the Duke! Difficult to get him down and never got him out. He always occupied several elves at a time and his thumping kills kept the Stingers off balance all the time.
