“The team finally lived up to its name. Lord Borak cleaned the pitch of the last player just as time was ticking down with the opposing coach cheering for the foul rather than a last minute score.

<i>Nobbla took quite some time warming-up the chainsaw. Nobbla claims he was sharpening the blades and not fumbling with the start button. Deeproot would probably agree as he was viciously chopped into itty bitty pieces once Nobbla had the thing started.

Nobbla and Borak were having a competition throughout the game trying to see who could take out the most halflings. Morg was tempted to join in on the competition but he decided that somebody should score.

Morg was on his way for his second TD when he reconsidered and scampered in the direction of one of the few remaining halflings late in the second half. To his suprise and embarassment, the wee one kicked him in the groin causing him to reel around on the ground and drop the ball.

Lord Borak proceeded to teach that little runt how you really hurt someone. I won't go into the details but it was so gory that the referee was to busy throwing up to kick Borak out of the game.

Meanwhile Scrappa was picking up the loose ball like the opportunitic grot that he is. He was too busy watching Nobbla and Borak take alternating turns trying to remove that last stubborn treeman who was laying on the pitch. Finally Borak wrestled the chainsaw from Nobbla and finished off the massacre! The only thing remaining on the pitch was oodles of hobbit blood and plenty of woodchips.</i>

It was a pleasure to play Michael_Warblade who took it all in stride and seemed to enjoy the massacre. Even to the extent of egging me on to do that last T8 foul to clear the pitch. The joys of the ladder division, where both teams can enjoy a good massacre.”
