“This was on hell of an exiting match against a very good coach and a fun player as well.
After a break through the lines, a botched throw and a desperate leap from a menacing box of orcs my wardancer managed to score a td in turn 3.
The orcs then formed a massive box around a black orc carrier who had the ball by accident and slowly but surely battled their way through to the finish line and scored a td in turn eight.
Second half, orcs box up and march towards the elf endzone and I feared nothing would stop them. I caught a lucky break as one Black Orc failed a gfi and left me a window of opportunity. I got in a two dice blitz against the carrier, but failed to secure the ball. The orcs hit back, get the ball and make a pass, only to be intercepted by my own thrower! After that the luck was one sided to my advantage and I managed a crazy dodge run and got the second td.
The orcs had only four turns to score and through some ridiculous luck I managed to hold them back long enough without getting any casulties(only suffered on bh in the entire game). Time ran out for the orcs and Althingi walked off the pitch with a hard fought win, but I must admit that it was in great part due to extreme luck at key moments.
I thank Pee-Nut for a fun match and I give him top grades as a sportsman and a good player. He even managed to keep his good humor when my superdodgy elves were rolling nothing but sixes and him getting nothing but pushbacks.”
