The game was won really in the last 2 turns of the 1st half and 1st 2 turns of second half. The gnomes had control of the first 6 turns of the 1st half but unfortunately for them a mishap with the ball carrier sent the ball bobbling in the open. I was able to grab the loose ball and scurry down field and eventually after some scrabbling score. The second half started with a 2 turn TD meaning a uphill struggle for the gnomes to score 3 in the remaining turns. A slow dirve ended in a 2-1 scoreline at the finish.

Highlight and probably key moment of the match was Clobber the trolls first block on the gnomes star player in turn 1 resulted in a BH meaning a lot less strength in their squad.”
