“After four grueling losses, it was finaly time to celebrate a win! After surveying former victories the Sluggers tried to rejuvenate their former glory and play the game with more quality and dicipline.

This was largely successful and after opting to kick-off at the start of the match, they managed to slow the opponents offensive drive. It wasn't until late in the half, after an extencive fight around the LoS, that the darkelfs managed to score.

After this the humans were set on by a daring "Blitz!" at the start of their own offensive. This slowed them down, but finaly they got the ball lose and passed it down to Götze, who was waiting in the endzone.

At the start of the next half, the darkelfs put up a perfect defense, but it didn't stop the determined Sluggers from scoring. After this the elves had one more go for a tie, but they failed and the humans had one more good chance to increase their lead. This failed as two passing attemts were fumbled.
