“During the first half, the Sluggers slowed the Warriors offensive, and finaly turned it around. They were close on scoring, but the attemt was stopped by a last chance blitz.

After the first half, six of the Warriors were K.O:d, but they all got back on their feet at the next line-up! They were back with a vengence, as they sent one slugger after the other to the badly hurt booth.

The sigmarites ran a fast drive down the right widezone and scored in the matter of minutes.

In the responding drive, the Warriors knocked out and hurt more sluggers as they went down the field, and after stalling for a couple of turn, they scored.

Once again the Sluggers executed another quick drive down the widezone, this time with an inferior number of players.

2 - 1 for the Sigmarite Sluggers!

They thought they had the win, but then the ref called for injury time in the last minute of the game. The team was setup to minimize damage, along the endzone, which left the Warriors free to advance halfways down the midfield in one go!

The final td that tied the game was achieved by a catcher who dodged through a weakspot in the Sluggers hurried defensive.

There were two deaths in the match. The first one to go was Brother Rutger, who was a fresh recruit. He died the first time he got blocked, a sure sign that he didn't have what it takes to be a lineman. The coach will look over the recruitment procedure to find out how such a meekish person could slip through the tests.

The second one to die was a member of the fanclub, who participted in the game because he was promised an autographed blood bowl ball. Just a kid, so no big loss.
