“Brash Svart came to me with a challenge for the Goats against some elves with 2 treemen......... after pointing out my lack of tackle, Svart said bring any of my teams......

Well the Goats showed up and immediately stalled their offense allowed the Elves to score early. Fortunately, Deeproot went splat early.

My second attempt at a drive came up one gfi short at the whistle. At this point the game was very tame with only Deeproot out. His apoth was used on Pathcarver to stop a niggling injury.

Second half was started with one of those annoying as hell two turn TDs with a Goaty boot to the ST 5 KO'ing him.

Now being down 2 tds with 6 turns left is not exactly a "plan" per say, but the Goats had too much pride to lay down and give up. Immediately after getting the ball the Goats surged forward in a patient manner causing some elfblood to hit the pitch. A boot behind the ref's back sent out a blodging side step lino. The came one of the more interesting sequences:

A guard lino was squished with a block into a pile of jelly causing the crowd to erupt. The elves coach was seen snickering as he finally got the death he knew was coming.... and it wasn't a truly valuable player. The Goats immediately surrounded the prior niggled Pathcarver and sent him to the nearest morgue! The Goats proceeded to score leaving them 3 turns to pull off a defensive TD against 6 or so elves.

A blown gfi early and we are in business! The Goats mashed up the remaining elves including a late block that niggled his ST 5 wonder Warpfang! The goats were pressured the whole way to the EZ by a pesky strip balling dancer but nothing could stop 11 pissed off Goats from tying the game!

Svart is one of the more enjoyable coaches out there. He offered out a very open challenge and cheered for carnage. Nice and chatty. Be carefull though.... he is a SOLID coach and should not be taken lightly.
