“The "extra dodge" note compelled me to watch the replay of this match to see why I had repeated a defensive mistake that I often make - putting my defenders heels on the endline instead of one square upfield. I was hoping that the placement of the dwarves cage forced me to setup that way, but it wasn't - I had enough room. That was the difference between two dodges and three dodges at the end of the 1st half.
Would it have made a difference had I scootched my defenders up a square? I'll never know! Just wanted to write this down in hopes that it will stick out in my mind next time I'm presented with a similar situation.

Couldnt do any damage to the elves, was lucky at times to even stun them... Had 2 completions after turn 2 but then had to start using rerolls which stopped my completion attempts... Thril got killed but the apothecary healed him... Got Double Skulls on turn 5 of the 1st half but thankfully wasnt too costly... Finally was able to score on turn 8 against great defense and a damn diving tackle...
The Elves received the 2nd half and scored quickly and once again the Boki drove slowly down the field... When the Boki got down closer to the endzone again, they noticed the same defense and made sure the diving tackler was down and out of position this time :) but the Boki failed this time without rerolls and had an extra dodge to make...
My 3rd game against coach pizzamongul (0/2/1)... Still trying for my 1st victory against the E.L.F !!!
