“Playing with 2 linerats missing, and 4 of 9 fielded players having str2, Coach Maul was a little hesitant to risk too much this match. Playing with a fairly hands off approach The Rats went down on the scoreboard quickly. The third TD was scored from a blitz when the rats only had 8 players on the field. They managed to get one back late in the game thanks to some great running and throwing by the Gutters and were denied a final TD by the clock.
Surprisingly, the rats caused some casualties. there was a bare minimum of blocks, but the ones that hit, hit very hard. by the end of the game Coach Sortar was able to field less players than Coach maul.
Despite the brutality on the field, the fickle crowd rats showed their superficialty and left the ranks of the true believers.”
