“With little hope I started this game.
No reserves is harsh vs Orcs with a mostly AV8 team.
But the first half was mostly mine. I could steal the ball and score.
The 2nd half however...
First a beast fails a gfi with rr. (this SHOULD happen once every 36 times right?)
Then I smack the ball out of bounds. He had no rr and I figured that regardless where the ball ended up it would be hard to secure it let alone pick it up.
Well; UNLESS...
a BOB catches it on a part of the pitch where he actually outnumbers me...
Then everything works for him; all gfi's and a handoff.
1-1 draw.
(sigh and LOL at the same time really)
Poor winnings but on the bright side; my beast did NOT age at his second skill.
Miracles DO happen!”

It started out fairly poorly. My first turn was truncated due to double skull/pow which I decided to accept. Then His claw guy blitzed my Blodge Blitzer and got a BH... hm...
I gave the ball away when I tried a crazy, throw to a BOB play, and Jinxed scored. Quite rightly.
Second half, Jinxed got unlucky when he failed some GFI and the first turn of _his_ drive got truncated. Then I forgot what a TZ was and he got his second go. His drive was coming along nicely (for him) until he failed (with RR) a GFI at just the wrong moment. I was able to knock the ball away, but his counterattack left him in a great position to get the ball.
Until... on turn 6, he pushed the ball into the crowd, and it flew straight into the arms of a BOB. Run down the field with his mates, handoff to a Blitzer, double GFI to score on turn 8.
Jinxed obviously outplayed me, but I guess the dice served to undo most of his good work. Good game, though. Maybe there'll be a rematch sometime.”
