“For a long time it was looking like the European Community would win, as they scored the first two touchdowns in the first half, and put up two perfect defenses against the Sluggers.

It wasn't until the middle of the second half that the sigmarites managed a reducing touchdown. When the EC2s thrower slipped and dropped the ball close to the LoS in the following line-up, the Sluggers were quick to take advantage of the situation.

Blitzing their way through, they managed to screen off a lineman who carried the ball towards the endzone and then handed it to Götze (who actually fumbled the ball and picked it up the turn after).
