“Gee what a surprise, Malthor writes a whiny match report with a bad attitude to match what he displayed while playing. Of course since he's a complete coward, he's not even willing to stand behind his own words, but hides behind a disclaimer. If his attitude during the match is any sort of guideline, the disclaimer is about as truthful as an Italian striker in the box.
I got a bit of luck to start, but if you had made the elementary move to actually guard the ball against a TTM team this would quite probably have been averted. After using the initial reroll, you had plenty of opportunity to do so. You elected not to, and I was able to take advantage. I guess I should cut you some slack since it would appear you're not overly experienced with elves against an ogre team, but you really don't deserve it.
You also knocked my gobbo over without a hitch despite his dodge skill, something that continued to happen with above average regularity throughout the game.
I feel you also used poor tactics if your goal was to win the match. You concentrated on the ogres, overcommitting your players and nullifying to a large extent your mobility advantage.
In the second half, when the boneheads went against me, I did my best to overcome and try and put together a coherent drive. Unfortunately, my gobbo ballcarrier failed an important dodge that would have gotten him to a much more protected position, but thats life with Ogres.
You then elected to stall for a draw, when you could easily have pushed for a win, particularly since the loss of points for getting a loss through pressing is lower than the potential gains for a win. At that point, with no rerolls left on either side, you'd have to think you'd have been a favourite to be the one to score.
Now you may have elected to stall in hopes of preserving your team, however even in this I believe the thinking would be flawed. If we'd setup again, I'd have been going for the win, and would not have been able to setup the 3 dice blocks required to really do damage with ogres as easily. Instead, I was able to throw a fair number of three dice blocks against the elves I was in contact, while sending in numerous attempts at the lucky knockdown, which might well have been enough to seal the win.
You had a hard fought match where both sides had a variance of luck, copped only 1 BH against an ogre team, and got decent winnings, yet this was a very unenjoyable match for you.
I really can't see you lasting very long in this league if you continue with such a bad attitude. It affects your level of play for the worse, and also will surely antagonise your opponents to the level where they will inevitably start to destroy your team, all metagame concepts of leaving you intact to pick off other opponents thrown out the window. Hell if you think you've been screwed thus far, when you've actually been given one of the more benign first season draws in SWL history, I'm surprised you've lasted this long. Feel free to look back at some of the prevous seasons, it might alter your misplaced sense of righteousness.
In short, you're a bad sport, an over-rated coach, and a general pleasure to not have to play again this season. I hope the rectal operation to retrieve the sun goes swimmingly. I now regret my attempts to play the game in good spirit to give you a good initiation to the league. You simply don't deserve it.
Disclaimer: Every word of the above reflects my genuine feelings towards the outstandingly rude individual whose comments make up the opposing column. Given my usage of appropriately benign language, I hope that the good admins of fumbbl will see fit to leave this comment be, as I doubt it will be seen by a great deal of people. I also hope this will stand for Malthors response if he elects to make one.”

------------------
Farce of a game.
First half was all BS luck to my opponent. My first four blocks netted 3x double Skull/Pows. Meanwhile, he can throw a Gobbo deep, pick up the ball and score.
Next drive, I get some luck and manage to get a little deep, only to get bogged, and roll a 1 to score, and stun myself. Sure enough, my opponent gets the ball on a 3+ and 3 dice do not give me a pow and it is a 0-1 half.
Second half, my opponent got the 1s as he failed many Boneheads and I finally got some control of the ball, but never a decent opportunity to try a pass to get SPP.
Very unenjoyable match, and 50K investment in the Apothecary 'lost' as I could have had a third RR instead but only suffered a single BH.
Bring on the rest of the season and lets see how else I can get screwed.

Addendum
Skimmed a couple of lines from my opponent and didn't bother to read the rest. Sheesh what an over reaction. I claimed first half was lots of luck to my opponent, second half lots of luck to me. Someone needs to take a chill pill.”
