“3rd game in Faction 1.... A good WE team... Handicaps - 1 unskilled WE with Morleys, and Im the greatest. I accepted the challenge knowing that these guys can score sooo easily.... and they did!

I couldn't break the elven armour early on, and the combination of str4 and ag5 WE's made it a tough task, but I stuck to it. Could have equalised before end of 1st half, but the Count tried to give a ghoul the ball to help him towards nearing a skill... but of course the ball was dropped on the reroll and spilled back up the field to awaiting WE's. 0-2... not good.

Received 2nd half and tried to mash my way up field hoping to reduce numbers and score... but it was too slow and the ball carrier kept getting blitzed despite protection... The Count was taken down and the ball spilled to a zombie, who got blitzed which spilled to the Count... who then eventually handed off to a Dark Spirit who scored. Of course the WE's then proceed to get a push push TD, which was always on the cards in turn 8.

Was a good game, but may have been closer had the ghoul not oiled his hands in the 1st half! :-)”
