“The Daemon-fey marched upon the elves with harsh hits, and truly their only purpose was to maim and kill, for elves are their dire enemy. To that end they were successful.”
“In the first turn I lost 2 players , and then almost immediatly after that a third player .
Daemon-Fey where hitting hard , I concidered chickening out , but decided I might as well play the game out for cash as I still had my apothecary in check , wait and see I decided .
Then the magic began .Somehow we managed to have an elf where he was needed when he was needed .
Some failed pick ups from the Daemon-Fey(next double recommended BigHand)and some impressive blitzing by Graim and Rakal combined with an all round fighting spirit saw the Glory Daze boys pull through for an heroic victory , even managing an improbable score when down to only 4 players on the pitch .
Sadly Dazid, after scoring a memorable TD , was smashed by the Beast in the last turn of the game .
My trusty Apothecary let me down for the first time in thirteen matches , so although losing my top lineman was a bitter blow my apothecary wont be blamed too harshly and at least Dazid's career isnt nessasarily over as he starts a new life as a Rotter
