“The vampires breathed a sigh of relief. Despite playing most of the game with half there team in the Knock-Out box they were able to squeak out a win.
Fortune was on their side in the first half. With 6 vampire players knocked-out (including Prince Listor who has been knocked-out in every game he has played) the Rotters had an easy march downfield. ON the last turn of the first half they had a chance to score, but decided to let their beast make a 3 dice block first. Nuffle laughed, and gave the beast 3 'Both Down' results, ended the half without a score.
The second half was a war of attrition with each side eventually being reduced to 6 players. A beastman carried the ball dangerously close to the vampire endzone, but Lord Zambar intervened. Making multiple dodges through TZs Lord Zambar blitzed the ball carrier and picked up the ball. After that he was able to knock down the great beast and score to secure a victory.
