“First half went afwull when I could make a 3+ handoff to score in turn 4. Handoff failed, and next turn my ST4AG5 catcher and a blitzer were BH. I was quickly reduced to few players and ended the half with only 2 players, 1-0 behind.
Only one KO'er comes back, so I had three players to set up in half two.
Cloggy can easily walk in and decides not to stall in favour of a fun game...
At that point I told him that even I (one of the biggest stallers in the world) wouldn't have stalled that out, cos 9 times out of 10 I could never make it a tie anyway.
But...
I get 4 ko'er back and can score quickly in two turns. Next turn get a blitz which gives me a few possibilities, and suddenly my luck is on the rise. Crucial point was when I could block away his beast on a 2 die of his choice and blitz his Ag4 ballcarrier, which went BH! Next turn I got a lucky scatter and made it a tie!
So it's proved once again that anything can happen in a bloodbowl game, no matter how bad things look.”
Smess had 3 elves to set up, and I got a touchback to my rotter.
Then I decided not to stall, and the game became intense, and a LOT of fun. Sure, it cost me a draw in the end through a blitz! after the 2-1, but I'd like to say it won me a very fun game.
Thanks Smess! Good to have you back here.”
