“This game promised to be a bruiser, and the Creepers did their best to deliver on that promise. After receiving the ball the undead scored quickly, but were unable to stop the elves returning the favour. Then tragedy struck for the Creepers, with Vic Rattlehead tripping and passing away beyond the reach of their necromancer. The elves scored a second before the shock of the event had worn off, and the Creepers weren't the same again. In the end a comfortable win for the elves.

3 Points: Ziggurat: A mummy for all other mummies to look up to, 3 casualties from only 7 blocks is incredible.

2 Points: Zoozol: His early touchdown opened the scoring, but may have incensed the elves in doing so. Also did well in defense, topping the teamsheet for number of blocks.

1 Point: Violent and Funky: Far and away the best zombie on the field, he was trying his hardest to hold off the elves, but it just wasn't their day.”
