“Last match for both of us for the new division of the NWL. My winless team comes up against the 4th place (of 7) khemri team after facing the 1st place undead last round.

Offence gets bogged down but a blizter manages to sneak far back. The ball carrier gets surfed but somehow nuffle tosses the ball nearby my blitzer! The only nearbly boned player was a mummy, so I stall for two turns at the 1 and have to blitz my way to the score around turn 5.

Khemri start a bash drive and get a player open in mid pitch. The thrower attempts to throw to him but my pass block catcher moves in the way, but the throw STILL SUCEEDS, AS DOES THE CATCH! Wow, but a turn later I dodge away and create a 2d blitz and knock the ball loose. Another player dodges loose and double gfis for the ball, the throws a long bomb to the catcher, who dodges away for the score! Wow, 2-0 at the half.

Khemri start another drive in 2nd half and get down to the 3 or so when I pop the ball loose. My player is surrounded in the corner by a wall of bones so he dodges back and attempts to throw to a wide open blitzer but fails due to the pass's length. The undead scoop it up and score. Elves hold on for the win.

Amazing at my luck. The luck o meter lies! As if you didnt know that alredy...3 times I got perfect defense. That throw in was key though. No ammount of luck can measure that. Or that pass at the end of the 1st half. I had a rr for that turn but didnt have to use it despite 4 dodges, a block, 3 gfis, and a long pass.

Oh btw 4/5 of my last matches the apoc has failed me. 3 of those were deaths. 2 got the VP. 2 (possibly same former 2) would have skilled. *Sigh* Had to have some bad luck I guess.”
