“A fine game by the Fossils where plan B was used most of the time. Poor blocking form from the Creepers helped keep the Fossils on the pitch where they outmanoeuvre the Creepers offense to take a 2-0 lead into halftime. Receiving the kick after half time should have sealed the game, except that a blitz by the Creepers on a shallow kick saw them gain the ball. While things looked wobbly for a few turns, continued skulls on the Creepers block dice allowed the momentum to return to the Fossils and the game balloon out to the 3-0 scoreline. A brain fade by coach ArtaXerxes allowed the Creepers to have a free hit to finish the game, and the resulting RIPed and failed apoth came as a natural consequence. Thankfully plan B (buy another Saurus) could be implemented.
Twahnlow Votes:
3pts - #9 Doctor Feeldead, key blitzers and ball movement, used his AG4 well
2pts - #14 Painkiller, short on Ghouls, the Creepers relied heavily on this rookie and he didn't disappoint considering his lack of skill development and supporting players.
1pt - #8 Ziggurat - nothing like a Block, Guard, Break Tackle, Tackle, Pro, Piling On mummy gaining Jump Up and Frenzy for a game. Did his worst, including RIPed Erool II so bad in turn 16 even the Apoth couldn't put him together again.”
