“Well, after an initial worry with both Melindi and Joseph suffering from earlier injuries, the Really High Elves came screaming out of the blocks with a few early casualties leaving the Blight dangerously shorthanded. The Blight pushed on and scored two thirds of the way into the half. Important mistakes prevented me from evening the scores and the half ended with Pat up 1-0.

The second half was all Elves though, with too many of them for the Norsemen to hold off. Touchdowns by both Henri and Vicki gave me the win, and the elves just couldn't put a foot wrong all half.
